Ⅰ. Expandable Liner Hanger Structure

PZXG series expansion liner hanger is mainly composed by the nipple, expansive hanging cylinder, FOPS rubber tube, expanding cone, short pipe, plastic tube, sealing buckle and cementing accessory etc.

Ⅱ. Principle:

The setting tool is used to run the expandable liner hanger to designed depth. Drilling string is placed the neutral point and right rotate tool to complete back-off working. Lift the setting tool slowly to increase hanging load, then start the cementing operation.After bumping, the pressure working on the expansion cone, the system is pressurized , the setting tool up toward, expansion cone make the expansive cylinder form permanent plastic deformation. That makes the rubber ring to the space between hanger outer wall and the upper technical casing inside wall, it plays a dual role of hanging liner and sealing.Lift the setting tool until expansion cone swell out hanging tube.Then complete hanging operation and loop out excess water mud, pull out nipple and drill string from the expandable liner hanger center.

  Packaged by wood box then we load them in container by sea or air (when the quantity is small).

1.Question:How to store?

    Answer   :The product should be stored in a dry warehouse with a flat ground, the accessories should be 

                     kept away from rain, sunshine and exposure of sea water.  Make sure not to unpack or remove

                     the plastic bags unless you need it to work. 

2.Question:How to transport?
   Answer   :Handle with care, no deformation should occur due to dropping or collision during convey.  

3.Question: What's the demand for maintenance?

   Answer   :Storage time should not exceed 2 years.
